I love sharing short-cuts and tricks for decorating. So, needless to say after writing about Popular Sherwin Williams Paint Colors and Selecting Paint Colors I decided it was time to share what’s in my paint crate.
Paint is truly one of the easiest, cheapest and biggest room transformations in our world. It can transform a space in one day with a little work and money. It can change the mood of a room instantly. It’s like magic, but it is so hard to decide when there are hundreds of colors to choose from at Sherwin Williams. That is why I decided to write a post about the top 12 most popular colors.
As you all know, I love decorating for holidays, but I love even more sharing ideas with all of you! So today I am sharing a Valentine’s Banner that I created for our mantle.
I love Valentine’s day! It is so much fun to plan something special for my family on this day of LOVE! So for this Valentine’s day, I wanted to give you a Valentine’s table decor idea to share with all those special people in your life.
VALENTINE’S TABLE DECOR IDEA
What is it about an organized clean room that feels so right? I love to sit down in a space in my house that has been tidied and neat. Organizing your home can make your day so much better. But getting motivated is the hard part. I find myself looking at the same closet or room and feeling overwhelmed. Can anyone relate? Let me encourage you. There is a way to get that room under control. I have a system that works and has saved me lots of time over the years. I believe that you can do this system too and you will love the end results. So, where do we begin?
It truly is the most wonderful time of the year! Many beautiful things are going on like parties, shopping, baking and decorating of course. So this year I wanted to invite all of you on a McDonald Christmas Decor Tour of our Christmas decorations. I hope you enjoy and are inspired to decorate for the holidays in 2017.
CHRISTMAS DECOR TOUR
Decorating for Christmas gets better and better the older my daughters get. They have always loved Christmas so needless to say our Christmas’s have been filled with JOY! But this Christmas we decided to do something a little different. We decided to create some Outdoor Christmas spirit on our back porch. So join me as we talk about Outdoor Christmas decorating!
So you’re probably wondering how does a Chalkboard, Boxwood Wreath, and Christmas go together. Well, surprisingly they make for some great art. And the best part is you can change it all for the next holiday. I love projects that can last all year long. And if you love holiday decorating then you might want to stick around and check out this Chalkboard, Boxwood Wreath, and Christmas project.
I decided this year to create a natural Christmas wreath for our garden shed door. So I started looking for ideas and suddenly came across an adorable gingham ribbon pine cones swag. I thought, I have plenty of pine cones, so I sent my husband and little niece on a hunt. It didn’t take them long before they came back with a hand full of cute pine cones. Now this is just the beginning of creating my very first Christmas Pine Cone Swag for the garden shed.
