A personal favorite because it is so easy to make is this Vintage heart doily garland. I created two versions of this sweet lace doily craft—one in pink and another in classic white.

I used these to decorate each place setting at our family Valentine’s dinner, and they added such a thoughtful touch to the table.

To make this garland all you need is this Victorian Valentine gift tags printable. Simply download the printable and print it on cardstock.

Then, cut the tags and use scissors with patterns to cut beautiful corners. Last, attach the tags to twine or ribbon, and you are done.

I hung mine on my bookcase, and it pairs beautifully with the white doily garland for a layered vintage look.
